Skincare today is so vast with new ingredients introduced everyday it's hard to know what is best for our skin. I focused this project on research I have done over the past year to improve my own skin. One of the most popular ingredients in skincare today is fragrance. This is normally hidden under the label parfume, which can contain multiple types of essentials oils. Consumers do not realize how harmful fragrance can be to their skins barrier. They will continue to purchase these items simply because they smell good. I wanted the layout to be minimal with a-lot of whitespace around the type and imagery. I used futura PT for my body text and futura medium for my titles to add some hierarchy throughout the spreads.
